More than 80% of the adult population experience low back pain at some time in their life. It is the main reason that people take time off work, and can be distressing and frustrating, as the quality of life often suffers.


Gentle, effective exercise, delivered by a properly trained exercise professional, can often help with the prevention and management of low back pain. 


Becki is an exercise specialist who is trained to help people with non-specific low back pain, having undertaken extensive training exclusively related to exercise referral and low back pain to become a Back4Good Professional and a Level 4 Advanced Exercise Instructor.

Osteoporosis has been termed the 'silent epidemic', affecting almost one in three women over the age of 50 in the UK. 


Pilates is recommended as a safe and effective exercise method for those suffering from Osteoporosis and Osteopenia.


Becki is qualified to work with people that have a range of bone and joint problems, through specific exercises and modifications. She has completed additional Pilates qualifications of Buff Bones, Bone Health, and Exercise Considerations for the Older Adult.

Ageing affects all of our body’s system. This includes the cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal and neurological systems. Pilates can help to keep our mind and body healthy.


Becki is qualified in exercise considerations for the older adult which includes safe exercises for a range of conditions such as hip and knee replacement, arthritis, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, breast cancer and stroke.
