Course structure

Session 1 - Stages of menopause & hormone changes. Exercises focus on breathing & gentle movement to aid sleep.


Session 2 - Medical and holistic options. Exercises focus on improving muscle, bone, & cardiovascular strength. 


Session 3 - Changes to your pelvic floor health. Exercises focus on correct pelvic floor engagement and release.


Session 4 - How nutrition & lifestyle changes can help. Exercises focus on balance, co-ordination & brain 

Additional Resources

Access to a closed Facebook group, which is a safe space for those who attend the course to ask questions and exchange ideas.


Vimeo access to the exercise sequences from each session. 


Resource list which includes local and online therapists, & informative websites and books.


The opportunity to attend regular move through menopause themed workshops & seminars.

Menopause Workshops

Osteoporosis and the menopause

A 75 minute workshop which covers the hormone changes that take place leading up to and past the menopause that can have a major impact upon our bone density.


This evidence based session provides information regarding how menopause can affect bone density. Osteoporosis has been termed the 'silent epidemic', affecting almost one in three women over the age of 50 in the UK.


Women will leave the session with a greater understanding of why our bone density decreases as we approach our menopause years, and what they can do to keep their bones healthy.


Becki has qualifications in exercise considerations for bone health & the older adult, and buff bones. There is an opportunity for Q & A's at the end of the session.

Common bladder & gynaecological issues and the menopause

A 75 minute workshop which covers the changes that can take place leading up to and post the menopause that can have a major impact on gynaecological health, relationships and wellbeing.

This evidence-based session covers the subject that often gets missed in menopause advice due to the embarrassment. With 70% of menopausal women experiencing vaginal dryness, and 1 in 2 women experiencing bladder and bowel issues this is an essential health topic.


Women will leave the session with a greater understanding of how and why the pelvic floor and bladder can react differently as we approach our menopause years, and strategies they can use to help to manage these symptoms.


Becki approaches this with sensitivity and a touch of humour. There is an opportunity for Q & A’s at the end of the session.

Medical & holistic options for menopause

A 75 minute workshop which explores treatment options available to help to address menopause symptoms.

This session provides information regarding the NICE guidance for GP's to prescribe treatment for menopause, and then explores holistic therapies which may also be beneficial.


Women will leave the session with a greater understanding of how to go prepared to a GP appointment to achieve the outcome you are looking for, and with information about other alternate therapies which are available to help to manage different menopause symptoms.


Becki approaches this with sensitivity and a touch of humour. There is an opportunity for Q & A’s at the end of the session.
