Session 1 - Stages of menopause & hormone changes. Exercises focus on breathing & gentle movement to aid sleep.
Session 2 - Medical and holistic options. Exercises focus on improving muscle, bone, & cardiovascular strength.
Session 3 - Changes to your pelvic floor health. Exercises focus on correct pelvic floor engagement and release.
Session 4 - How nutrition & lifestyle changes can help. Exercises focus on balance, co-ordination & brain

This evidence based session provides information regarding how menopause can affect bone density. Osteoporosis has been termed the 'silent epidemic', affecting almost one in three women over the age of 50 in the UK.
Women will leave the session with a greater understanding of why our bone density decreases as we approach our menopause years, and what they can do to keep their bones healthy.
