An Improvers/Intermediate level Pilates class where we start to build on the basic Pilates principles and increase the variety of exercises.
An Intermediate/Advanced level Pilates class which flows from one exercise to the next to build strength and stamina.
An Intermediate level Pilates class which is faster in pace and includes more demanding exercises as we build strength and stamina.
A mixed ability Pilates class which caters for different exercise levels. Incorporates Pilates barre, facia release, and finishes with a relaxation.

Group Equestrian Pilates Workshop - We use the gym ball as an aid to identify movement patterns within the riders body, and explore Pilates based exercises to improve them.
Becki uses her qualifications and training to provide a wide variety of routines which can be done at any time.
Receive 60 minutes per week, 4 hours per month of pre recorded Pilates routines.
