Pilates For Life - A focus on creating and maintaining strong, flexible, and resilient bodies through midlife and beyond.
Apparatus Class - A mixed ability Pilates class which uses the large and small studio apparatus to strengthen and lengthen the body.
Franklin Method Equestrian Class - Improve your movement, alignment, stability, symmetry, balance, & breathing.
A live class in the comfort of your own home, with a maximum of 12 participants.
Buff Bones Express (Build Level) - Build strength and endurance using gravity, weights, and balance challenges.
Improvers/Intermediate level Pilates - We start to build on the basic Pilates principles and increase the variety of exercises.
Intermediate/Advanced level Pilates - A class which flows from one exercise to the next to build strength and stamina.
Buff Bones Express (Restore Level) - Restore your body through motor control, low level strength, balance, and body awareness exercises.
Franklin Method Ball & Band Class - We incorporate the franklin method, facia release, and finish with a relaxation.
Move Through Menopause and Adore Your Pelvic Floor
Move through Menopause - A Pilates course which raises awareness of the stages of and variations in menopause. This includes 4 live lessons, ongoing home exercise programme, and access to closed Facebook support & resources. Please get in touch for dates of the next course.
