Monday 10:15-11:10

Apparatus Trio


We use the Reformer, Tower, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, & Baby Chair during a circuit style class on the apparatus. Exercises are tailored to the needs of the group. The use of pulleys, springs, and unique shapes mean that you will improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and control.

Tuesday 10:15-11:10

£73 per month pp

Apparatus Duet


We use the Reformer, Tower, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, & Baby Chair to create a flowing workout on the apparatus with another person of a similar level. The use of pulleys, springs, and unique shapes mean that you will improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and control.

Thursday 10:15-11:10

£73 per month pp

Apparatus Duet
