
Pilates Mat Classes
Located at our Brechfa Studio with a maximum of 11 participants per class. I give different adaptations for exercises in each class so that you can work at the right level for your body and health needs.

Healthy Backs & Bones
A class for the management & prevention of low back pain & osteoporosis. We focus on strength, mobility, & falls prevention. Becki holds qualifications in Pilates for low back pain, osteoporosis, & older adults.

Pilates Strong
A challenging, faster paced class which includes transitions. Based on the classical Pilates sequence, we still focus on exercises which help to strengthen & mobilise the spine, & improve bone health, pelvic health & mental wellbeing.

Pilates for Life
A class to help you to bring balance to your body and mind. Each session includes breathwork, muscle release, joint mobility, co-ordination exercises, strength work, balance, & falls prevention exercises.

Classes run term times only, with monthly costs calculated based on me teaching a minimum of 35 weeks per year. Please see terms and conditions.
