A 30 minute full body Pilates class. Each class includes breathwork, muscle release, joint mobility, co-ordination, strength, & falls prevention exercises.

Classical Mat
A more challenging, faster paced class which is based on Joseph Pilates traditional classical Pilates sequence and includes transitions to build stamina.

Classes run term times only, with monthly costs calculated based on me teaching a minimum of 35 weeks per year. Please see terms and conditions.
