We start to progress your Pilates technique and add a variety of new exercises to help you to continue to get stronger. Exercises continue to focus on improving low back pain, joint & bone health, pelvic floor, & mental wellbeing.
A more challenging class which is suitable for those with experience of Pilates. This faster paced class still focuses on exercises which help to strengthen & mobilise the spine, joints, & pelvic floor, & improve bone health & mental wellbeing.
A focus on helping you to unwind & improve your wellbeing with a gentle class which combines mindful Pilates exercises, franklin method ball release exercises, breathing techniques, and finishes with a lovely relaxation.
