A balanced, flowing, effective, total body workout. This more challenging class progresses your Pilates technique and skills whilst still providing options for you to work at the level that is right for your body.
We combine Pilates exercises with the Franklin Method balls to improve body awareness & proprioception. The exercises will help with muscle release, coordination, flexibility, strength, and aid relaxation.
Improve your pelvic health & feel confident to exercise in this Pilates based class which includes Hypopressives, Franklin method & Pfilates. This class is suitable if you have a pelvic organ prolapse.
