Whole Body Pelvic Health

I understand the impact that pelvic health difficulties can have on your everyday life and your mental health, with the fear of exercise making symptoms worse. That is why I completed the whole body pelvic health teachers mentorship with Claire Sparrow and became a master teacher. 


I chose this particular mentorship as it uses a whole body approach to pelvic health rather than focusing on the isolation of a small group of muscles which evidence shows is not as impactful on improving pelvic health. Whole body pelvic health is based on real results - not theory or guesswork.


I learnt how to assess individual clients and adapt my Pilates teaching on all of the Pilates apparatus as well as the mat with confidence, understanding how fascia, breath, biotensegrity and nervous system regulation are all essential to restoring pelvic health.

Pelvic Floor Workshop

 We are often told that pelvic health difficulties are common and that we have to live with them, however, Pelvic health can be improved. 


This 75 minute information based session will help you to understand common pelvic health difficulties and provide you with some practical strategies to help symptoms.

  • Stress incontinence
  • Overflow
  • Pelvic organ Prolapse
  • Pelvic pain


There will be the opportunity for questions and answers at the end of the workshop.
