It sounds like such a cliche, but is so true. As a peri-menopausal mum, business owner, and smallholder I understand the challenges of prioritising yourself when there are so many other demands on your time. I am committed to supporting women to make time for themselves and to improve their health and wellbeing through movement. My classes are welcoming, supportive, and fun, with different options given for exercises so that you can work at the right level for your body.
I understand that every woman will have different life experiences and health and wellbeing needs. As such I am committed to improving my knowledge and expertise to pass onto my clients. I have completed a variety of training courses to meet the needs of my female clients. This includes pelvic health, menopause, breast cancer recovery, pregnancy, mental wellbeing and trauma informed movement.

If you’ve been feeling a little out of tune with your body, maybe noticing small leaks when you laugh or sneeze, experiencing a gentle heaviness within the pelvis, or noticing your pelvic floor muscles are not quite reactive as they used to be, you are in the right place. As an Adore Your Pelvic Floor Coach, and Whole Body Pelvic Health Master Teacher I have the tools to help you to understand how the pelvic floor functions and the exercises to help you to improve your symptoms.

Ultimately, a woman’s Hysterectomy story is as individual as the woman herself. What brings a woman to the decision to have a Hysterectomy and how she prepares and recovers from it are all subjects that require care and attention. My training with Burrell Education has provided a plentiful kitbag of heartfelt stories, theory and practical application that when applied to my Hysterectomy clients, greatly transforms their experience before and after their Hysterectomy.

A woman will spend approximately 1/3rd of her life in the Menopause Transition, that's 1/3rd of the lifespan of 50% of the global population. This is huge for women. The Burrell Education Training continues to provide me with the current evidence regarding the physiological, social, psychological, cultural and familial aspects of transitioning through the menopausal years. I want to support the women I work with to have a positive experience.
