
It sounds like such a cliche, but is so true. As a peri-menopausal mum, business owner, and smallholder I understand the challenges of prioritising yourself when there are so many other demands on your time. I am committed to supporting women to make time for themselves and to improve their health and wellbeing through movement. My classes are welcoming, supportive, and fun, with different options given for exercises so that you can work at the right level for your body.
I understand that every woman will have different life experiences and health and wellbeing needs. As such I have completed a variety of training courses to meet the needs of my female clients. This includes pelvic health, menopause, breast cancer recovery, pregnancy, mental wellbeing and trauma informed movement.
